Hey FitMama,

It’s back to school time and I know you are getting into the swing of the new routines and your life, as you know it.

Have things already settled in such that your goals and desires you had planned to implement have already fallen off your radar?

In this episode I talk about your willingness to give up ONE thing.

When you give up this one thing, you open to the possibility of true change.

For change to occur long term, we need to repeat a certain thing over and over.

Are you aware of the habits and daily repetitive behaviours that are keeping you stuck exactly where you don’t want to be?

Are you willing to give something up and feel the strain that comes along with it? Knowing that it gets easier each time you do it and that it just takes a little commitment and delicate discipline….PLUS: Awareness.

I talk about awareness and what you’re paying attention to in your day.

I mention that I saw Dandapani speak on the weekend at a summit I attended in Toronto and explain his (my interpretation of) analogy of the mind and awareness. When you can connect these concepts and realize that you’re really not giving up anything while have everything to GAIN, you are winning 100%.

Work on your inner game by giving up that one thing and being disciplined with your awareness…when you do watch your dreams become your reality.
