The FitMama team has created some incredibly fun and simple to follow at home training programs that are just right for you.

If you are looking for guidance in what to do, how to do it, and what is safe for pregnancy, postpartum and beyond, look no further. FitMama has you covered. You don’t need to leave the house, find care for your littles or get a gym membership for these workouts. All that is needed is just you, your living room or open space and your commitment.

The best place to start is with the 28 Day FitBlitz Program, which is a series of videos you will follow that will strengthen and tone your body from the inside out. Jen is there with you every step of the way with her guided, easy to follow videos that will push you to your edge and allow you to see strength improvements in a short time.

The FitHiit Program is an 8 week high intensity program that is designed to improve your strength, muscle definition and cardio. The moves are fun, simple to follow, short in length, but will give you the best results in the shortest amount of time. Each workout is under 30 minutes and you will feel stronger and more energized with each one.

The FitHiit is for you if you have rehabbed your core post partum by either a personalized program or by following the FitBlitz one or more times. I recommend waiting at least 6-9 months postpartum to partake in the FitHiit.Pair either one with the FitNut Nutrition Boost Program and watch your results soar!
