Join us for the daily accountability, I recommend getting your workout in first thing in the morning if you can.
Later in the day is fine too but getting it done first thing ensures it gets done with minimal chance of interruption.
I will be doing them LIVE at 6 am EST in the group.
NB: FitMama, if you have been up multiple times in the night, I recommend SLEEP instead of getting up to exercise. Your body and nervous system will thank you and you are less likely to need to down multiple cups of coffee or cookies to get through your day.
